"Simply Amazing. I believe I had purchased the Func 1030 in December of '02. It's advertised as being the "last mouse pad you'll ever need", so I made a point of that when I contacted them. In the past few months, the base developed a really awful warp.
I took a picture, sent it with a complaint, and they issued an RMA and sent me a new one, completely for free. I didn't even have to return my faulty one. They stand behind their word 100%, the best."

"Ordered a Func Surface and it was delivered to me next day via UPS. Very fast service, and they have a good shipping policy to avoid duties/customs. Shipping could be cheaper though, since it cost me $7 USD to ship it from Richmond, BC to Vancouver BC."
