AC said if I wanted the thermostats, I would have to pay $5.00 more per thermostat than I currently pay at the supply house. order # was ACW2332956. Lesson learned."

"If you are reading this DO NOT ORDER from this company. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering...The items I ordered were supposedly "in-stock" for immediate delivery. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email over the next 30 days because they still failed to ship my order. Their response was "we are waiting on the manufacturer". After 30 days I called to cancel the order and was told "no-problem". 1 week later my card was charged for the full amount. When I called back customer service I was told "the cancel request was denied and it would be easier and less complicated if I returned the items after receiving them" (which they weren't able to give me an eta on)...I would also be responsible for shipping cost on the returns and a 15% re-stocking fee...Horrible, avoid at all costs!"
"Do not buy from this company, they are terrible to deal with. I called to order a new Friedrich AC/Heat unit for my new addition last month. I specifically spoke to a sales representative to make sure I was ordering the correct product and all the accessories I needed. When I ordered this system I knew the outside architectural grill was on backorder but was assured I would have everything I needed to have this installed. When the system arrived my contractor advised me that they ordered the wrong sleeve for the wall and the cord I bought for the unit was already included.
I called customer service to advise that the wall sleeve would not work so we reordered a new one. At that time I was never advised that this was also back-ordered and would not be available until the end of the month, I had to call them to request an update. Yet another week lost with no communication what so ever. Long story short I canceled the back order parts, I will sell the two parts that have to avoid losing any more money on this deal. I will wait to see if I am refunded the cost of the back-order parts.
