"I ordered some parts on Christmas Day (Thursday, 25th), paid extra for the 1-3 business day shipping. Its now the 2nd and it's supposed to come tonight. 5 business days after I ordered it. I called the company, and the guy I talked to said they weren't open on Friday, said UPS wasn't open Friday (which they were), so they shipped it out Monday. I paid for a service to have it here within three business days. Having not received that service, I expected to get the shipping difference back. The guy on the phone was very defensive and went on to ask me if I had worked Friday, and then asked "what planet are you from?" I ended up hanging up because I was being yelled at. Whether or not they were open on Friday, my package would still be considered late. The costumer service was terrible. I don't plan on ordering from them again."
