"I ordered an item on the 28th of November and to date, it has still not shown up. It is only due to be delivered two days before the new year. The item has been in transit from New Jersey to the West Coast. Let's start with why you could probably trust a transit company run by chimpanzees more than AM Trucking (at the very least they'd be more entertaining).
1) The website that is provided for tracking purposes is straight out of the mid 1990s and doesn't even feature encryption.
2) The website doesn't get updated very often. The last status update I have is more than two weeks old
3) This company likes to blame the weather for everything
4) Trucks are not tracked, truck drivers don't respond when staff give them a call, all estimates are wild guesses
5) The delivery terminal has no idea when trucks come in, they just unload them when they do
To the credit of some people in the customer service team, they are a generally courteous and polite bunch but ultimately powerless and at the whim of incompetent drivers and management.

"Was expected to have my items delivered on or before 12/13. It is now 12/17 and i still have no answer. Called multiple times and was told the "manager is not available". The manager is never available and the rep specifically told me that the manager does not take calls from customers because she does not want to deal with their b***s***. That was the exact words I was told from the gal who I spoke to. The Ohio managers name is Jessica but I have yet to receive any info back about my order. Was told on 3 separate occasions that i would be "guaranteed" a call back. No call back yet.... Absolute terrible service and personnel working there in my experience. Please do not use if you are looking to ship anything."

"Noticed there weren’t a whole lot of positive reviews for AM Home delivery, so figured I would chime in. Communication was great - they gave me a date and time range. Driver called 45 mins before arrival. Item was unloaded and unboxed quickly and safely. There were in and out within 15 mins. "

Ordered on November 4th: a Bosch 800 Range. I was promised delivery in a week’s time . Plessers put their confidence in the hands of AM HOME DELIVERY. I am at the end of my rope of trusting Plessers to deliver according to their arrangements.
AM Home Delivery is just an automated call that does not give the buyer any customer support.

(Tuesday). I arranged my work schedule to be home for the delivery and installation.
I have been more than patient with Plessers Appliance and AM HOME DELIVERY. Plessers and AM Home Delivery can’t communicate with each other to arrange a simple home Delivery . I can only say that I stress that you should never buy from them and only buy local because the appliance delivery outside of Long Island is beyond their reach .
I found other appliance stores that are local that are less expensive and can deliver in a day or two with installation
I CAN ONLY STRESS THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY FROM PLESSERS ! THEY TRY TO PLACATE YOU AND NEVER DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE. They also screw up on your order and will fine you over $500.00 to return the appliance even though it’s their fault and AM Home Delivery.

"Overall my experience with AM trucking wasn't bad. I ordered a 65" TV and it arrived within two weeks without any issue. I received a text message a day before delivery confirming the window for the following day. The delivery crew called me about 30 prior to showing up and they arrived on time. The moved the TV down to my basement, took it out of the box, powered it on, and then left once I confirmed all was well. The only complaint I have is their website doesn't provide the most timely updates on tracking, but just call them and they will help you with updates. Also, very minor, when they setup my tv one of the guys kind of tore the component box. Not a huge deal, but I am a perfectionist and would have preferred a prestine box. Doesn't affect tv at all. Overall great experience if you don't mind a 10 business day delivery."

"Obviously this company doesn't care about these reviews, but here I go anyway. I ordered a TV on 9/11, which they received in their warehouse on 9/17. They didn't reach out to schedule delivery until 9/25, for the following Thursday. Wednesday they called and said their driver was sick and couldn't make it on time, so they rescheduled for Saturday (10/5). About 5 hours before the TV was supposed to be delivered, they called and canceled again, stating that the driver had been injured. After reading these reviews, I'm not even sure they're being honest. I've been waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery of a TV. I don't know how this company finds this acceptable. Terrible company. I'm not sure I'll ever receive my item. I should probably cancel the order and try my luck elsewhere.
Edit: I think the only review they may care about at all would come from BBB. Everyone should go there and leave your review. Maybe retail companies will stop using them if they have a garbage rating, like they should. "

"The reviews for this company are pretty brutal so I was braced for a bad experience. My experience turned out to be the opposite - actually perfect. They informed me by email, text and phone call ( 3 ways) that my dishwasher was going to arrive the next day and they gave a 4 hour window. Then the next day they phoned to move up the window a bit. Then they called half an hour before to say they were on the way and then arrived on perfect time. They delivery guys were very nice. Could not have asked for a better experience. "
"HORRIBLE! My self-employed husband lost an afternoon of work waiting for this no-show company. When I called they didn't know where their own truck was and said they'd call me back. No call back (not a surprise). When I called them again, no one picked up the phone. The company, Homethreads, that I ordered my sofa from was just as bad at communication. I will never order from a company again that uses this useless delivery company. They should be shut down from all that I am reading about them."
