Talk about early delivery!

"Friendly, professional drivers, came early and were very helpful. Their arrival window was between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and they were here at 7:20, after calling to let me know what time they would arrive. Very friendly and helpful delivery men. Thank you! I would use them again"

I'm so happy

"Item arrived within estimated time, undamaged and delivery service personal stayed to make sure item turned on. Would give 5 stars, but item took nearly a month to travel from east to west coast, very clunky tracking, message system on web site didn't work when I attempted to contact, and estimate of delivery date was a 10 day spread. They did call a day before delivery to preschedule and arrived with the 3 hour window give"

Driver never showed up!

"Driver never showed up, dispatch called to say they were there, but they were not in the parking lot! Then I called customer service, sat on hold for 20 minutes and they said they couldn't go back to delivery my couch for 2 more weeks! They are already 2 weeks late delivering it. Horrible company, horrible customer service, lying drivers and dispatch!"

dryer delivery

"Dryer was delivered on 10/15/2021 by Arcenio and Arturo. They did an excellent job. Not only did they take the empty cartons but swept up the area where the dryer was to be installed. I am completely satisfied with the service."

CRIMINALS!!

"THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.
They were supposed to deliver a mattress we ordered, and after it was weeks late they at first said well they were 10 minutes away that they had an emergency and had to abort the delivery.
Several days later after numerous phone calls they told us that it had been damaged and was undeliverable.
What actually happened was they stole it !!!
DO NOT trust these people!!!!!!!!!

Poor Service

"Purchased a washer and drer from Appliance Connection. When checking out, delivery was supposed to be the following Sunday (5days). They did not show. Here we are 14 days later and still no washer or dryer. Poorest excuse for a delivery service. If Appliance Connection can't find a better delivery service. I ok now I won't order from them again and I am ready to tell AM Trucking and Appliance Connection what they can do with the washer and dryer."

I wish there was an option for zero stars

"They have had my couch since September 7 2021. It is October 4th2021 and the couch still in their possession. Everything was scheduled and confirmed for September 23rd. Apparently one of their driver had a " family emergency" and after taking the afternoon of to wait for them They canceled last min. Since then I have called them twice a week and all I receive is false promises. Stay away!!!! Their customer service is beyond horrible. I do not even know how they stay in business "

You need the letters in logic to spell logistics

"Purchased a fridge from Appliances Connection who uses AM Trucking for the logistics aspect of the purchase. THE WORST logistics company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My fridge arrived promptly within 2 days from the warehouse NJ to Nashville on 9/16 awaiting final delivery and was told in email I should receive a call within 5 business days to schedule delivery. More than two weeks passed without any sign of progress. Multiple calls were made in which I was told my shipment was marked as "Urgent" (and had been for a week and a half). The first hard date I was told my shipment would arrive Monday 10/4 upon which I called to get an update for a representative to tell me "the earliest we could get it to you is Wednesday or Friday". This is following me calling the week before and being told it should be delivered that week. Multiple times I've been given false hopes by representatives of my delivery and this company simply cannot deliver (literally) on their promises. Someone with AM Trucking must've missed that the word logic can be made of logistics because there is no logic with this company. "

Unhappy wife a.m. truck service

"I was told they only deliver on Tuesday through Saturday and never after 4 PM I work Tuesday through Saturday 6 AM to 4 PM I had to call off sick for them to pick up my used washer and dryer and deliver my new one they picked up my old washer and dryer then told me they did not have my new appliance I asked them if there was another truck coming that day they said call the office then I was stuck without a washer and dryer for over a week then they said they would come on another day but they did not show up whatsoever and I had to get relative to wait for them at my house. Then the third try I had to take another sick day to receive my washer dryer and then finding out that they left two empty boxes and a wooden pallet out by my driveway unprofessional unhelpful and definitely not professional
Please do not do business with this company

Hands down worst logistics company i have had the misfortune of dealing with!

"Hands down the worst logistics company i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am still trying to get my appliances delivered.

Ordered dishwasher which was shipped by AM trucking to Nashville within 2 days. The unit proceeded to sit at their warehouse for over 3 weeks while they attempted to find a delivery window. After spending hours on the phone with representatives to only get the same narrative..."the route coordinator will work your item as soon as possible"....nothing happens. I finally escalate the case with an agent who marked it as priority and got a delivery date scheduled for today, 7-11am. It's now 12.30pm and no sign of them. I call up again and they state that it is now scheduled for Friday after i waited at home instead of going to work.

Abysmal customer service overall! Stay well clear of them if you can.

Beyond Horrible

"This journey started on Amazon who has a seller named CyberSavings. The ordering was easy the delivery with AM Trucking and Home Delivery has been nightmare-ish. 1st attempted was on 9 July. They didnt show up. I called AM Trucking and was told the driver had an emergency and couldnt come. I had to call them to get this information. 2nd attempt to get my W/D on July 10. I specifically told the phone rep I could not be home between 11:30-12:30 - the driver came exactly then. Jump to the following week:Got robo text saying delivery would be on 7/13. Nope. No one showed up. Then I got a robo call saying delivery on 7/14 between 0600-1000 AND a robo text saying the delivery would be on 7/13 between 1500-1900. On the morning of the 13th I called. After a lengthy wait in the phone queue I was assured by the customer service rep that my order was out for delivery and the truck was in Fort Lauderdale - Im one town up away so they should be there soon. I waited. At 6:30 I called again. Was told they were on delivery 16 and I was 17 so I was next up. 7pm came and went. I called again. Again a lengthy wait. When rep picked up she was the after hours rep and the last note she had in the system was put on about 6:45 and said my W/D wasn’t put on the truck that morning.
Amazon helped me get the order sent back. The seller is demanding a $318.00 return fee to give me remaining payment back. Amazon is helping with this too - as is my bank. I will NOT be extorted. I gave a One Star rating so I could leave this review but my real rating is NEGATIVE five stars.

Poor Scheduling and No Installation When It Was Paid For

" I received a two day's notice with a delivery day for Saturday. We were working that day, so I had to reschedule for a week later on Saturday, because they only deliver to Boise, ID on Fridays and Saturdays. The next Thursday I received a one day's notice that the delivery would be on Friday even though I had previously scheduled the delivery/installation day for Saturday. Luckily we were available on Friday.
Two men delivered the dishwasher and started to leave. I said, "Wait. I paid $150 for installation." They hooked up two water hoses then said, "We don't do electrical." They said I had to buy a junction box which I had already purchased with the dishwasher and installation. The next day, I purchased a junction box and did the installation myself. When I went to test the dishwasher, I found the junction box I had already paid for inside the dishwasher, so I'm not sure why they told me I needed to purchase one. Did they not remember placing the part inside the dishwasher?
Although the men's mannerisms were polite, they acted as if they wanted to sit the dishwasher on the kitchen floor and leave. They removed the shrink wrap but said their policy was the purchaser had to dispose of the plastic waste. (Minor annoyance, but I'm adding it to the review due to all the other problems.)
In summary: 1) The delivery day was changed without my consent. 2) I paid $150 for an installation that was not completed. 3) They did not dispose of all the plastic wrap they had placed around the dishwasher.

What should I do?

" I purchased the Casilda Purple collection on 07/19/2021 from Appliances Connection...They have Am Home Delivery to deliver the collection to my home...I only received the Loveseat. Am Home Delivery has a warehouse in Georgia which Delivers the Furniture...The warehouse supervisor name is Danny and the Manager is name Adrienne...and I spoke with an employee at Appliance Connections named Michael..I was scheduled for delivery of both the Sofa and Loveseat...I only received the Loveseat..on 07/31/2021....I have been constantly emailing and calling both companies about the Sofa....So many different versions on where the Sofa is...I was scheduled for a Delivery on 08/06/2021...it was cancelled an hour prior for delivery...At this moment ...I have not received the Sofa...not add to the stress and disappointment and being patient and discussing this matter with several people...I just want my Sofa that I paid for in my home...On the website it states both items has been delivered....THAT IS FALSE INFORMATION...I only have the Loveseat...I feel Appliance Connection has took my Hard earned Money and have not Delivered my Sofa and Not trying to Resolve this matter...Today is 08/15/2021....still no Sofa."
