"Ansgear jus like the title says is the best great prices and very helpful and friendly staff even if we only talk on the phone.I havent been able to buy for a while life happens you know but everything i have is from ansgear.com and i have a complete set up a lil on the old side but still great"

"I called in and was able to get all of my questions answered by their staff. They helped me pick a mask, loader, gun, tanks and some other random odds and ends. Everything shipped quick and was perfect. I am using ANSgear as my go to. "

They went above and beyond.

"**Disclaimer** Never send anything through the USPS if you live in a secured entry apartment complex.

So I had a big tournament coming up and I ordered the Empire EVS mask in olive from these guys. First I had an issue with Paypal (not their fault) and I was **** but ANS still worked with me. Then when the item was shipped, it arrived on a Sunday, and through my USPS dashboard it said that it was delivered. I never received my mask. I did everything in my power with USPS but you know how that goes, they don't care that you don't receive your merch. Long story short, Rob who I dealt with at ANS, went ahead and overnighted me another mask (I had to pay for the shipping) without me having to pay for it, or them getting any money back yet from the USPS! This guys are boss!! Got my mask the day before my event and got to wreck it on the field. Thanks ANS and thanks Rob!!

Be sure to take photos before exchanging items

"Ordered a large jersey online. When it came in it was too big so I asked if I could exchange it, which they said I could by just mailing it back and they'd mail be the medium instead of a large.
Now they won't exchange it for the smaller size because they're saying "it's been washed and smells like detergent" which is crazy because I never washed it. They sent me back photos showing a dirty stained jersey saying that's what I sent in. So which is it?? They're lying about it being washed, and now contradicting themselves by showing me pics of a disgusting old jersey with stains! What a joke! Jersey has never been played in, never been washed. I got the package. Tried it on. It was too big. So I shipped it back as instructed. I suggest taking many photos of your items before sending them back if you need to return or, in my scenario, a simple exchange for a smaller size.

They do not care... very shady.

"Updated: I called to get the confirmation for my purchase because it hadn't come within the hour but the charge was pending on my account and guess what? ANS Gear decided not to do business with me because I left them a bad review so they said they WOULD NOT be sending my smoke grenades. What a foul company. Definitely going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

OLD: I ordered smoke grenades for my birthday shoot. For some reason they chose to use FedEx smart post. Who knew that with FedEx smart post it goes through USPS. USPS is horrible and had I known that my items would be coming through USPS I would not have ordered online. USPS shipped to my office on a Saturday and because I listed my correct floor which is a floor that they refuse to deliver to they RETURNED my item to the shipper. Mind you USPS is closed on Sunday. Today is Monday and I have been given the run around with FedEx, USPS, and ANS Gear. It's bad enough my order took over a week to get to me but now that USPS has returned my package I'm left to scramble around to locate it and get it on time. The supervisor Jessie has stated that I had to pay for shipping to have it sent to me on time which is RIDICULOUS. I paid for it because that is the only option I have because it is for my shoot but I WILL NEVER order through ANS Gear again because they don't value the customer and are not willing to work to make sure that end costs make sense. Jessie has also stated that he doesn't have a supervisor. So I'll have to reach out to corporate. First Order: Product ($24.00) free shipping. Second Order: Free product ($23.66 - 2 day shipping) Total cost $47.66 for 4 smoke bombs that only last 60 seconds all because USPS returned my package. It's so unfair. The least they could have done was thrown in an extra smoke bomb or two for my troubles. Happy Birthday to me.

Changed prices

"I placed an order and after a week of no word from them, I contacted them about my order. I then got informed that they can't ship it the method they offered and they need 3 times as much for shipping. No effort was made to contact me and inform me of the problem, and when contacted they demanded more money. Shady business practices for sure!"

Bad service all around

"This paintball company cost us over $3, 500 and shipped outdated and destroyed product with no intentions of correcting their errors. 21 cases of specialty glow-in-the-dark balls sent from California in a hundred and twenty degree truck and use product that was at least a year old. they made zero effort in trying to correct these issues. will never be using this company again and will tell everyone possible who will listen not to order from this company ever. Management is completely impotent and will be no help to you whatsoever.#jesse, congratulations you just lost 44 customers that had been buying for you for the past 3 years"

Totally ignorant

"I have had maybe 6-7 orders from ansgear.com and the last order I received was four pods, two squeegies and some inserts.. one of the four pods was severely damaged, the flick lid tab was broken on one of the four, also one of the squeegies was completely useless, totally warped and not usable. I emailed them about this seven days ago and they are blatantly ignoring me. 1star"

pretty good hopefully

"so i bought a large shipment of a paintball gear and some of the parts that i ordered were missing (-1 star) so i contacted customer support and 1 day latter they told me they were reshipping the parts, so as long as they actually send me the missing parts then i will probably still buy from them again and thats why my rating is not lower, other than that they have free shipping over 100 dollar orders and and it was 2 day free shipping for me which is nice."

Horrible customer service

"Ordered an item and paid for 5 to 8 day shipping and it took 3 weeks to revive the item and I called CS to ask about it and they told me it's not there fault it's my fault for ordering like that! I won't ever shop there again!!!"

Customer service is terrible.....
My son bought a marker with his Christmas money and the first day we had issues.
It was sent to them three times and still doesn't work correctly.
They have had it longer than he has
All we wanted was a exchange for another marker and after there 2 week review we were told "it has paint on it and some scratches" OK it's a paint ball gun..
Thanks for taking a kids Christmas money for a crap marker.

Customer Service non existent.

"Order a few items couple of them were missing parts contact customer services. They asked me to take a photo and send a copy of the invoice to them did that. They then stopped replying had sent several emails since then all have been ignored. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
