When I asked why the delay, the completely disinterested employee said it was because I had ordered online. He told me I should have called the Salt Lake store to order the part because they can't get it from the factory for online orders. I told him I don't know anything about a Salt Lake store and I placed my order online because that is the available option on their website. He said, "Well, you should have called Salt Lake." I canceled my order. "
