"Stay away far away from this company, purchased extra lamp for my home theater projector just in case I will have one handy. Last night my lamp blow and replaced it with the one I purchased from Apex but the one that was send to me would not fit my projector. I was informed that since it was after their 150 days warranty they can’t do anything for me. I try to reason with them that I would know if the lamp you sent would fit until my current one need replacing. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed she can’t help because it passed the warranty date. This company is not even willing to work with their customer but instead will sell you another lamp at a discounted price in returning the wrong lamp that was sent to me in the first place. I would been more appreciative if they tell me that since you pass the warranty date, I can only offer you free shipping off the right lamp for my projector. Instead they nickel and dime you to make a sale. I wish that I never listen to the good reviews that was probably place them to gain business. Do not trust their website to purchase anything, speak to a live person. They probably did not have the right lamp for my projector and sent one anyway to make the sale. If I can give this company zero stars for customer service approach I definitely would.
