"This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered two batteries from it Sept. 26, didn't hear anything for a while, so I e-mailed inquiring about my order's status.

I got a resounding nothing in response. I began to think the company went out of business, then suddenly, Oct. 27 -- more than a month after my order date -- a mysterious charge appears on my debit card from, you guessed it, APS Cellular.

Obviously, I'd handled my cell phone situation by then and gotten a new one... so I repeatedly e-mailed, day after day, asking for my debit card to be credited once I returned the batteries unopened and unused. Again, no response whatsoever.

This place has no pulse. The only phone number you can find for it just rings and rings.

The outfit is a ripoff. Avoid it.

"Placed this order on May 2,08. Paid for it with PayPal the same day ordered. By the 14th of May had still not heard anything so sent a message through their site. Did not hear from them after the contact. Finally turned it over to PayPal to get a refund and they have not received a response as of yet. Will never buy from this outfit ever nor will I recommend them.

PayPal has still not heard back from this company on refunding the money.

"Any positive review for APS Cellular posted on this site should be read as a fraudulent review posted by the reseller. This is hands down the worst online merchant I have ever dealt with.

Notice the absurd degree of disclaimers listed on this merchants website. In short, no matter how bad his order fulfillment is, the customer has no recourse. There is no resonable way to get in touch with this retailer. The only email correspondance is through an html form, meaning he needs to insulate himself from disgruntled customers. The only phone number is a phone tree with a caller-announcement service, meaning he needs to insulate himself from disgruntled customers. And if you are unfortunate enough to actually get a response from this merchant, expect it to be handled with the professionalism of a delinquent 14yr old running an onine scam from his parent's basement.

Resellerratings.com really ought to review this merchant's "Very Satisfied" rankings more closely. After my experience, it is very difficult for me to believe they are written by actual customers.

AVOID APS CELLULAR LIKE THE PLAGUE!

"This was about my Fifth transaction from APS Cellular, and I am Very Satisfied. They have Great Customer Service, Excellent prices, and Good quality cellular accessories. All my orders were usually shipped same day with an emailed tracking number! Fair shipping cost, easy checkout, and accessories always in perfect condition. I've been burned by other cellular accessory sites, but never APS. I always get a confirmation e-mail and a shipped/tracking number. Items arrive as described and Super Quick. Great Company!! "A purchase was made from The CellPros - APS Cellular, Inc. DBA THECELLPROS. I followed the complete checkout procedure and paid via third party payment service through a secured checkout link from The CellPros site. No follow up email was received referencing the transaction other than the notification that the payment via the third party payment service was accepted. No contact at all from The CellPros. On Feb 1, I logged on to their site and found to my dismay that although they had all of my information stored, they had no reference to my order. I attempted to reach them a number of times by phone (phone number for APS Cellular accessed from third party payment service payment page) but to no avail. The recorded voice talks about the great deals on cell accessories, etc. and directs you to their APS Cellular website, and tells you that the sales reps are busy, etc., but unfortunately, does not allow for direct human conversation (calls placed between 11:00AM – 4:00PM EST - during their stated hours of business). I finally emailed them from The CellPros website and asked them “What gives?” The next morning (today), the third party payment service emailed that the payment had been refunded, along with this attached note from APS Cellular, “did not follow did not complete checkout and order could not be processed.” No direct contact has ever been received from The CellPros/APS Cellular. So, I went back to their site to review the checkout process. I found that when I logged in, and added the two items I initially purchased to my cart, and then checked out the shipping options, the default selection for shipping, as it was when I originally proceeded through checkout on Jan 24th, was USPS First Class Mail for $4.95 (“Best Way”). When I selected the page with general shipping choices and rates, I found this misleading and contradictory information:
SHIPPING CHOICES TIME FRAME* PRICE SPEED DEPENDABILTY
USPS Post Office Mail is Not Recommended
First Class Mail up to $8.98 2 to 10 Days $2.95* SLOW POOR/UNRELIABLE

I had paid on checkout $4.95 for items that totaled less than the $8.98 stated above (should have been $2.95) and of course, it says here that the service via USPS is slow in speed and poor/unreliable in dependability. Additionally, further comments are made on their web page related to the USPS’s poor service, and that no delivery guarantees could be made by The CellPros. Yet, as stated above next to the $4.95 shipping choice I made when I originally checked out, it says:

USPS First Class |$4.95 to $7.99|
Best Way $4.95
Wow, is there a contradiction here or what? On one hand, the USPS is terrible and can’t be relied upon and on the other hand, it is the “best way,” albeit at an increased amount from the stated shipping terms. It seems to me, that the poor/unreliable service can clearly be found in one place and one place alone, The CellPros/APS Cellular.

"I've been ordering batteries and covers, chargers, and gadgets for the last 5 phones and carriers for the last 5 years with APS.. IF I ever had a problem with any order, I simply called the # on the included buisness card from an order and left a message of my problem and was promptly called back and the problem was taken care of,.. No more problem.. I have had 2 to 3 after market batteries for a few of my phones that have been lifetime guarentee, that have died before me ( Hence . Im still alive and the batteries aint..) that all I had to do was call APS, tell Artie my problem and I have been taken care of.. I have no problem whatsoever with the products I get from APS, and If I did, I feel confident that I would be satisfied, thats a good feeling when dealing with vendors online, or anywhere, when you dont have to worry about the guarentees.. you are guarenteed!!.. Thanks APS, I've gotten all my, and a few of my friends, Cellular needs from you and I've also compared prices with other vendors, I will remain your customer and recomend your store to anyone that indicates to me that they need a gadget, battery, or what ever for their cellular. "I have been buying from APS Cellular for 3 years. Excellent prices & quality on cellular accessories, usually same day shipping with an emailed tracking number! fair shipping cost, easy checkout, accessories always in perfect condition. This was about my 44th transaction with APS Cellular. I always get a confirmation e-mail and a shipped/tracking number e-mail. Items arrive as described and quickly. Great Company!! Best prices & source for cellular accessories on the internet!!



Also Note very good customer service, called them three with questions before I placed my order and were very professional and courteous all the time APS Cellular was not only has the best prices that I have ever seen... the products are great! And the shipping and customer service was top notch. I originally found this dealer while shopping for cellular on ebay. I was so impressed with their transaction handling I went to their website when we needed more. Check out their wholesale accessories too, they are pretty damned good... best out there I would say.



I would have to say APS Cellular is one of the Better Cellular Accessories Vendors out there and highly recommend them to everyone.

"I purchased a faceplate that was listed as: "Item: Motorola V60 / V60C / V60T / V60G / V60i". The item arrived in a timely fasion, but on the package it stated "Convertible Covers for V60i" and upon trying it I found that it didn't fit my V60c. (The front cover LCD window is in the wrong place and the back cover is too small to fit over the battery.)

I went to their website to contact them regarding their exchange policy. I found this page:
