"I knew when I placed my order that I would probably need to a copy of my work ID in order to get the order processed, but I completely forgot to provide it when I made the order. Shortly after the order was being processed, Kaitlyn from customer service called, and was able to help me provide my ID and get my order processed without any issues. She was super fast on a follow up response advising that she received it too.
