“Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Yes, our shipping can be seemingly higher due to the pricing of FedEx. Our packages on average are much heavier than standard retailer's packages due to the majority of our shipments being rifle rated body armor. So, our agreement with FedEx is that our majority packages are heavily discounted on shipping and some of our lighter packages have a slightly higher average. In the end, our customers end up saving more money over time when they purchase body armor, especially when taking advantage of the free shipping for the orders which the subtotal is higher than the $499.99. As far as the pricing on our packages and products in general, we have found that ours are at least consistent or lower than many of our competitors' pricing. We made body armor affordable for the common Freeman of the United States. That is our whole mission. All those who followed us had to compete with our pricing and subsequently had to lower their prices to stay competitive. 10 years ago, sub $200 Level 3 and Level 4 body armor was unheard of. Now it is very common due to our efforts to disrupt the market. We appreciate your business and support and see that you are a return customer. "I grabbed the BOGO body armor, to which the first time purchase did not apply. Then I tried to buy the bundle but though it offers OD, there is no OD available and automatically upgrades to more expensive multicam that I didn’t want anyway but that TOO, the first time buyer discount did not apply!
I took the BOGO even though it is offered only in black…and with that, I’ll call it good, hit the three star button because it’s fair price…but I’ll be returning to my other vendors for add ons because THEY, offer color and pattern options and don’t play discount code games. Body armor looks sufficient. I won’t know until I actually have it and we’ll see if that’s better than the rest of this experience. "

We are a bit confused and troubled as the BOGO did not offer Multicam as we have not had that color available for the Testudo Lite available on our website for at least 1 year. In any case, we certainly did not try to pull a bait and switch on the offer. If you have screenshots of this strange anomaly, please send it in to our support email as we would like to investigate further.
For the first time code and most of the codes we offer they do not stack on items that are already discounted. On the Promotions page, it does state at the top “Please note: All sales are final and coupon codes do not apply to promotional products. The promotional pricing listed below is limited to domestic US citizens, with a limit of 5 orders per customer.” With such deep discounts on most of our Promotions product page with some as high as 50% off and most being over 45% off that an additional 15-20% would not allow us to be profitable to keep operations running. The reason why we offer discount codes is to give our customers the opportunity to purchase items that do not have a spot on our Promotions page at discount pricing. Thank you for your understanding.
