I placed an order several months ago and unfortunately missed the email sent to me in regards to an overweight shipping issue. I sent an email to customer service and within about an hour they tried calling me, but I was unable to answer at the time and honestly didn’t know it was them calling me. A couple of hours later I was called from the same area code and was able to answer the call, well to my fortune it was Travis one of their customer service representatives. I would like to preface the rest of my review by letting you know that I am the owner of a roofing company started in 1972 by my father a month before I was born and my business is 100% based on previous customers and word of mouth. Having around 90 people that work with me and an average tenure of over 15 years I can appreciate a cultivated culture by management/ownership of respect and caring to provide a customer service experience second to none. With all of that said I felt the sincerity of Travis’s efforts to help fulfill my original order and his genuine desire to ensure my experience with AR 500 would culminate into a positive outcome. To Travis’s credit he admitted he didn’t have an answer to one of my questions and asked if it was ok to call back once he did, I appreciated that very much especially given the fact that he called me back within five minutes to confirm/clarify. I honestly haven’t had such a great customer service experience since I can remember and I can’t recommend this company any higher. I should have products I ordered this week and I’m sure the quality will be just as good Ethel way I was treated by Travis and his manager Ms. Gator who followed up after my contact with Travis. This company deserves six stars!

"I'd previously bought a coyote Veritas for myself and a Freeman for my wife, during the troubles of Summer 2020. When she got her new job as a schoolteacher, I decided to get her another Freeman to keep in the classroom. While I was shopping, using the very generous veterans discount offered y AR500, I bought yet another Freeman to keep next to my bedroom rifle and in the car as my "go fast" rig set up with just some mag pouches and a tourniquet. Couldn't be happier with my purchases! "

"After a long over anti anticiapated wait i finally got my order. I have gotten sevral and all were on time and great. The last one took for ever because is the most orderd item on the menu. plus answerd all my calls and questions that they could. I was hoping for somthing free like an iv side plate kit or pistol holder shot gun card or somthing cool. while i waited i seen alot of cool stuff i wanted to buy but i had to wait and wait but now is here i can do whatever. i am greatfull for what i have. is true real quality and looks amazing in comparing to all other of brands. also as a pointer i think that youre company should put some better direction on how to put stuff together on all types of carriers. people would browse the site alot more as well and that means more buys on product. because there is no other information but what is there on the site. but besides that thank for my order and hopefully more to come."

"My buddy and I split the AR Freeman 2 for 1 deal a couple of weeks ago. This was 2 plate carries, 4 multi-curve Level 3 plates and 4 trauma pads for $242. I ordered on Aug 16 and the website said 3 week delivery time. Instead, it shipped on the 19th and arrived on the 22nd, so I'm very happy with shipping. I rigged mine with a Serpa Glock 17 holster, an AR 500 double 9mm mag pouch, a CAT tourniquet with pouch and 2 Condor shoulder pads and this was all in Coyote. With a loaded G17 and 2 loaded ETS 20-rd mags it weighs 16.5 lbs.
So far, I'm very pleased with the price I paid and the product I received and would recommend it to anyone."
