"Purchased the Freeman, 10”x12” armor plates and a Testudo Gen2 carrier, all at separate times. I’m still waiting on the 10”x12” plates, though. Dealing with customer service was extraordinary. They even sent me AR500 Velcro backed patches after I made an inquiry. They have a lot of promotional deals, usually after I bought mine however, timing is everything. All-in-all, no issues or complaints. I will purchase from AR500 again in the future. Also, watches their many videos. Very educational and informative."
