"It's all good until you need a reputable company to resolve your issue and they fail. I was a long time customer until my printer died. I had unopened packages of ink left and per their instructions, mailed them back to them in good faith. They promised me a refund because they did not carry the supplies for the new printer and they made an exception. When I inquired about the check, I was told first, it's being processed and then no, store credit only which I could not use and the reason I agreed to pay to ship back the supplies. So they claim I have a store credit, unusable to me but they also don't give any proof of this credit. So they are not credible and did not fulfill their commitment and then ignored inquiries. So for $23, if they cannot afford to keep a good reputation then they are not worth using. "

As usual, the inks and cartridges are in fine condition. I had no problems with shipping. As always, they were very glad to assist me with my orders.
