Prior to ordering, I called customer service to ensure it would arrive by the date I needed. I was assured it would ship that day if I placed the order before noon (which I did). Luckily, I put a comment in the notes indicating when I needed it and to call if it would not arrive in time. They called me 2 days later to tell me that I needed to pay for overnight shipping or it would not arrive.
