"I tried something new, ATS Rentals was it. I haven't heard of ATS in sometime but, I decided to give them a chance. I rented a Nikon Mount 70-200 F2.8 VR II from them about 2-months ago. I was excited to see the highly rated 70-200 from Nikon. I received the item, the day UPS said it would be received. So ATS got it out in perfect timing. Received it, and went out shooting and did a few projects. After finishing one project, I reviewed the pictures and found that majority were not in focus. These were mostly landscapes, so not much action. The VR system was definitely the defect here. I was forced to cancel my last project because I could not rely on the lens whatsoever. I returned the lens, ATS "checked it" and said it was perfect. Right. They washed their hands of it by saying all was great in their hands. But out in the field, it caused problems for me. Disappointing in focus percentage. ATS service was really good, I like how they ship the box with everything you need to send it back, but, the lens which what mattered the most.. was DOA, no good. ATS customer service was great, lens was bad.. I can not give a recommendation to use ATS or stay away."

Their prices are consistently the lowest I have found, all shipments have arrived on time as promised, and on one occasion, my rental even arrived a day early. "I was organizing a conference and the projector costs from the hotel were exorbitant! I looked around on the web and found ATS. Their prices looked very competitive so I thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the results! They were easy to deal with. The equipment shipped to the hotel and arrived a day early. Each projector had all of the promised accessories and turned on and connected to the laptops with no issues. If you have ever used a video projector you know it can be iffy at times. We had no problems at all. Returning the projectors was very easy. They included the required shipping labels and even included packing tape! I will definitely use them again!"

I contacted them hoping to have it exchanged, but they tried to tell me that I must have did it myself. Will never do business with again - go to another rental company!"
