"Very nice machine, I got it a little later than expected, but great quality. It was cheaper then any other machine with its specs. came with all the system info and drivers discs. Great customer support and technical support. Lots of options to order from, and just an overall good service. Oh, and the packaging was excellent. The box was three time as big as it needed to be, but filled with packing peanuts. It would have been a bummer if it had broken in shipment."

"the craftsmanship of the pc is solid so far, 3 months in, and no problems whatsoever. The only thing I was displeased about was the designated folder of the pc owner. You cannot rename the designated folder and it's permanently under the name of the person who placed the order. The only solution to this is to create a new user on the computer, drag & drop all your files and folders to the new user, but through this, there is a chance that it may cause system instability, which I am not really willing to risk...

Overall, this computer runs like a BEAST.
If possible, AVA doesn't really need to name it for you, or at best, keeping it optional whether you want a name permanently designated to the pc would be much better.

"My experience with AVA-Direct was absolutely wonderful. They have a very wide selection of components. Much better than other sites I've visited.
The technician assigned to my machine (Joe) was excellent!
He kept me well informed of what was going on throughout the process. When a particular component I chose was either incompatible or not available, he recommended parts that were of even better quality than my original choices at no additional cost.
The machine arrived even sooner than anticipated, and the workmanship was perfect. The machine is beautiful both inside and out. Based on this experience with AVA-Direct I will never buy another off the shelf store bought computer again. I am now an AVA-Direct customer for life.
