"Given the crazy current state of PC hardware with scalpers and bots taking so many of the new GPUs and CPUs on the market I'm really glad I went with AVADirect for my build. I was able to get my MSI GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO, along with a solid Ryzen CPU and all of the other components that I wanted. Had I kept looking for the individual components I'm about 95% sure I'd still be waiting to start my build. Instead I've been using my brand new PC for a few weeks now and absolutely loving every minute with it. AVADirect was responsive in their communication as I inquired about the state of the build. It took a bit longer because they didn't have the case that I wanted on hand, but it was well worth the wait. The PC was packaged very securely when it arrived at my home, and everything was in order and undamaged. The setup was a breeze thanks to the testing that AVADirect did as part of the build process. All of the latest drivers for the hardware were already installed, and installing Windows 10 literally took me about 5 minutes. Since then I've been running a number of games on the PC including Control at ultra settings and Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings and in both cases the games run unbelievably well while temps stay reasonably cool. Another bonus is the fact that AVADirect doesn't install any bloatware on your machine at all so my system is running like butter and it should stay that way for a long time to come. "My first computer from AVA 2012 outlived Windows 7. Never a problem with the computer during 10 years. Purchased a new desktop and laptop from AVA with (ugh) Windows 10. Completely satisfied with both computers, exceptional value for cost, top of the line components. Using Windows 10 (after CPM, Windows XP, XS, and 7) a constant fight with Microsoft attempting behavior modification forcing users into OneDrive cloud, inferior Edge, Win365, and other applications intended chiefly for tablets, games, and Microsoft profits goals rather than customer support. Instead, I installed Open Shell from GitHub after Microsoft killed its Win7 shell frame for Win 10. My special thanks to AVA technical support who far exceeded any support expected for their computers to help me plow through through the Microsoft obstacles. Thank you Stephen and all at AVA."

"So AVA did a great job with my PC, but the shipper damaged it and I had to have it repaired on day one. The AVA team fixed it that day (I live about an hour away) and I was up and running. They were extremely patient with my questions and responded very quickly to any issues I had. "

"My previous two computers were received without any issue and worked as expected. The most recent was delayed during assembly and testing and communication was ok throughout that process, though improvement is needed there, too.
The laptop purchased has a 12 core desktop processor and discreet graphics card and the ac power adapter is inadequate for the job. The adapters for the previous two machines are also weak points for each computer and both have been replaced. I bought an adapter designed for Dell gaming computers to replace it and messaged the company to inform them of the problem. The power adapter became too got to touch within an hour of playing a game with relatively low graphics demand and was actually smoking. They took a very long time to answer, actually I am unsure whether they ever responded to me at all. I stated clearly that I did not want a replacement but just to make them aware of the issue with an otherwise amazing laptop. Never getting an answer is enough to convince me to go elsewhere in the future. A reseller of the same machine is active in an online forum and provides outstanding third party software for these computers, I will most likely go with them instead."

I just started taking care of my little brother and trying to put us both through college. He's been working really hard and graduated early; he's even already been accepted into Full Sail University at 17. I was really worried that by his start date I might not be able to get him a pc up to spec by the time he would be able to start without cutting into what I had put back into tuition for us. I didn't grow up in the greatest of situations, and I'm already riding a lot on financial aid, but this definitely put me on the right track with what I've been able to save over the past couple years. I've been really searching since November for a computer, but with all the scalping and price hiking, I couldn't get anything with ray tracing tech that I knew he might need since he's going into game development.
