"This company is bad about telling you one thing and then never doing it.
It is fraud and illegal to breach a contract by lieing or failure to perform to the level agreed upon.
I would recomend reporting them to the State Attorney General's office as I have done. Consumer complaints will
bring about change if properly filed. They will not send any confirmation to via e-mail or fax. They will tell you they do.
Talk to "Misha" he will enjoy the tall tale of pride and business attitude that AVAPC has. Don't believe him he lies.
Check their web site for e-mail and they do not list one. Funny a web based company without e-mail contact support.
