I read the other reviews before my purchase. Was impressed by the positive reviews. Yet was concerned about a one star review. Yet after reading it could tell the person was insane. This is a website, not an eBay store. She clearly left the review for the wrong store. I let the company know and they said they are looking into legal action against Reseller Ratings. I'm shocked that Reseller Ratings allows reviews like this.
Long story short, happy with my purchase here, not happy with Reseller Ratings. Reviews should only be allowed for proper stores. It could have clearly mislead me from making my purchase.

"Beware, They are very greedy there at AVC Distributor and they are the worst in costumer services. they will give buyer hard time especially if you want to return defective item or not as described. they will make you suffer even for less than $3.
here is my story with them:
I bought from their store on eBay One Touch Ultra Mini blood tester (eBay item # 121627893446) used for $4 (New $10 on eBay), because I can't work for health issue with very low income, I am buying used medical equipment just to save few dollars.
I waited few days until this bid is over and I am the only person bid on it. and i waited another few days to received the item, then I went to Rite Aid and bought strips & lancets for One Touch UltraMini and next morning i tried the tester but it keep giving me error, 5 times I tried to test my drop of blood with no luck. once i insert the strip in the tester it turn on by itself but when I put blood drop on the strip it gives error. so the tester was defective and not working & not as they described it when they sold it to me on eBay.
for few days kept emailing AVC Distributor to return the defective tester to them but they want me to pay for return shipping.
it's just $3 or $4 but with no luck. they keep telling me that i am lying and the tester is working good and they did test the tester in April and before they posted it for sell on eBay. when i asked them that where is the reading if they test it, the last reading that shows in the tester was on February last year, so they lie that they test it and they lie by saying that they delete the reading from the memory. i sent the manual to AVC Distributor that is says: OneTouchUltraMini is automatically saving up to 500 reading in the memory. after that it will automatically deleting the oldest reading and will always shows the last reading once it turned on. that means there is no way that someone can delete any reading from the memory of that tester. after AVC Distributor received this information there was no answer from them. now i am waiting for eBay to help me to make them pay $3 for the return shipping so i can return this defective tester back to them and have my $4.20 refund.
for $3 they make me suffer for over 2 weeks. it's just for $3 the return shipping fee. you can see how greedy are they really.
i hope they will deal with their customers in better way.

UPDATE:
eBay ruled in my favor in my dispute case, and a full refund of $4.20 USD was sent to my PayPal account for my purchase from AVC Distributor LLC.
The defective item went to garbage.
