"Ordered a Ti4200 video card, came defective. Got an RMA number from the return dept. and sent the card back. When I went to check on it, funny the 800 number was disconnected. I tried e-mailing them but it came back as an invalid e-mail address. Tried going to there website but that was down. I read another review about this and thought it was just by chance, but this is ridiculous. I had planned on purchasing a plusview 1000amg case from them, but after getting screwed like this there is no chance. If something should change I will defenitely let you know. I WAS happy until this happened.

Okay , here's the status. After their website finally reappeared I tried e-mailing them a couple of times. Finally called them and the guy I spoke to said the return order was being processed and should ship next week, arriving on friday. After the phone conversation I did get a response to one of my e-mail's. The e-mail stated that they were waiting for a replacement from their vendor and that was the cause of the delay. So I am actually feeling a little bit better, now I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

Hey hey. It only took 2 months but I finally have a working G4 Ti 4200!! Juliet in the RMA dept. was very helpful, any troubles on RMA I suggest you talk with her. Only complaint was never received notice that the replacement had shipped. I CAN live with that though."

"I purchased a Geforce4 video card from AVLogic having seen it listed relatively inexpensively at Pricewatch.com. I checked reseller ratings, and some other sites, which seemed to indicate AVlogic was a decent firm. The video card arrived, albeit a bit slow and without any tracking information, without much hassle.
As it turns out the card stopped functioning, I called AVlogic for a return, and they gave me an RMA number and instructions to send it back for a replacement. I was told it would take 3-5 days to process the return.
A few days after UPS reported AVLogic received the package, I phoned them to to inquire about a tracking number. No answer. I checked their website. Nothing. I tried over a period of about 5 days -- nothing.
Finally, their website reappeared, and I noticed they had changed their phone number from a check just a few minutes prior, so I dialed it up and got through. Speaking with someone in the RMA department, I was told the RMA had cleared about a week prior, but they had yet to ship a replacement. I was told, though, it would be shipped the next day. So, a few days later, I call for a tracking number again: they still haven’t shipped it, but it will ship the next day. Every few days of calling them produced the same result: “We’re so sorry, it will be shipped tomorrow.” Eventually, I expressed my dissatisfaction with this whole ordeal, and a ‘supervisor’ offered that I could receive a refund credit in about two weeks. To add to my skepticism with the whole ordeal, I was told if the credit was not applied to call my bank and have them deal with it. Very professional (read: sarcasm.) I’ve since spoken with my bank, and received a replacement card from another vendor.

"I tried to order a Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/650XP Golden Sample G4TI4200 128MB VIVO DVI on November 11th. However, my credit card company declined several of the orders I made that day as suspicious. They did not let me know that the avlogic charge was declined and avlogic did nothing to get ahold of me. Avlogic required me to give them my email address and phone number but used neither to let me know that my order hadn't gone through. Even when I straightened things out with the creidt card later that day, avlogic never even bothered to run my card again. It's now a week later & I found the same item at newegg for nearly $20 less. Whenever their service person gets around to calling me back, I'll just have them cancel the order. Their loss."
