"Ordered a Mitsubishi WD-73837 from AVinDemand. There was one vendor with a slightly lower price, but no reviews online from anyone. AVinDemand had a bunch of positive reviews, so although I had never heard of them, I gave it a shot.

The delivery estimate was 7-10 business days as I recall. I ordered on a Tuesday, and Friday morning got a call from the delivery company to see if I would be home that afternoon! I wasn't, so we scheduled delivery the following Tuesday.

It arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery guy was very helpful getting it into the house and onto its stand.

The price was good, the delivery service was good, and the product is good. Can't ask for much more than that!

The delivery company did wait around long enough for me to plug in and verify operation. FYI, AV In Demand is a great place to buy from, terrific deal, but they are not an authorized Mitsubishi dealer so you will not get the warranty. Oscar does offer 3rd party warranties though if you don't want to take the change. I shopped around, and even with the extra warranty it will cost you less than an authorized dealer. "I ordered the DENON AVR-2310CI and it was delivered on schedule in just 3 days. I hooked it up and there was no video. I worked with it for a while then called AVinDemand. David called back immediately and walked me through some steps but he very quickly agreed it was a problem and said to send it back for a replacement. I received an RMA# from him while I was on the phone and shipped it the next day. Three (3) days later, another unit showed up on my doorstep and it worked perfectly.

I was very pleased with the initial shipping time, the responsiveness to my emails and phone call, the professional attitude david had about my problem his responsiveness in understanding the problem and resolving it and was even very pleased about the quick service I received on the replacement.
