"Bought a Samsung LED LCD HDTV bundle which comes with BD6900 Blu-Ray player, 3D glasses and two HDMI cables for $2200. This bundle also came with 3yr in-home warranty from CPS. Blu-ray player and glasses arrived in 2 days, but it took almost ten days for my TV to arrive. Blu-ray player was not factory sealed but no parts are missing. TV is factory sealed and I love it. This TV is excellent.
And coming to warranty, I thought it is a 3year extended warranty, so total 4 yrs of warranty. But after 2 days I came to know its 1yr manufacturer + 2yrs CPS. I called their customer service to find out. They were so nice and gave me a 3yr extended warranty, that is total 4 yrs.
Overall I am satisfied with my transaction. I wouldn't say that the price is unbeatable but their customer service is excellent. "

I was caught off guard when the owner (I can't recall his name)called me the next morning to assure me that I had made a good choice, the merchandise was in stock, and would be shipped out that same day. He further stated that the company who's merchandise I had purchased likely would not honor their warranty since I bought the item at a considerable discount, but he assured me that he would place an invoice from "an authorized dealer" for the normal sales price so I could obtain warranty service should I need it. (Haven't needed it yet, hope I don't need it in the future) Package arrived promptly and is now functioning in my theater.
