"I purchased a USB monitor from AZPerfume. The monitor came and was not compadable with Windows 10. Thier Amazon post did not note this. I attempted to contact them and like other reviews on them, they were none exeistent. I returned the monitor after receiving a shipping label a week later and had to pay $25.00 to ship the monitor back. I contacted AZPerfume and was told returns are not free. Now I can understand if I just did not want the monitor, but it does not work with a main operating system. I have since read many reviews on this shady company. Buyers beware. Have a good day all!"
"I bought two bottles of expensive fragrance from AZPerfume via Amazon. When one of the bottles broke in shipment, the post office delivered it wrapped in plastic. As instructed, I filed a claim and submitted photos within days but was stonewalled for months. I followed up with multiple emails. Now the company claims they never received them (despite my being able to produce the emails with the address they gave me), and since they didn't receive the complaint within their required time, they are not responsible."
"I've been a Azperfume addict for around 10 years now, I moved address and countries and still used it. Order arrives always within a week mostly, even bought few orders to my sisters overseas.
They loved them too. A wide range of all what women beauty needs. I'll always find what I want and much more.Highly recommend it..."
"These people are thieves. Ordered a modem and it wasn't what I wanted/needed to hook up to Comcast cable. They hid behind a 30 day return policy that must have been in the smallest of print, and believe me, I have 20/20 vision. I would have been better off throwing my $90 in the sewer! At least it wouldn't have enriched these fly by night crooks. And I will never buy again from Amazon. No help there. Shady people just looking for suckers. It's a shame what they do to trusting consumers."

"BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR.....they have a policy of no returns for ANY reason....doesn't matter that the product is unopened and all you want to do is a simple return so you can buy from them again.....NO NO NO....they hid behind their no return policy.
Okay, my blame in this....1) didn't read their no return policy in advance; what vendors these days refuses to return an unopened product? I learned of one..this one..2) I ordered the wrong item.
Their blame....taking a NEGATIVE customer approach to hang onto a few misplaced sales....ok....that is their choice.....my choice is not purchase from them ever again.
So if you want a vendor that will fulfill your product but then ignore your emails (which they did) and refuse to work with you on a simple return (which they did) they buy from them; why you would do so in 2015 is beyond my comprehension but hey, it's your purchase.....if you want a vendor that understands sometimes customers make mistakes and are willing to help or work with you to fix it thereby building a strong healthy customer relationship and want to simply do business the right way, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.

"Well, what I was supposed to have purchased was software for internet security that would cover three computers. What I got was internet security for one computer. I was lead to believe that the item I ordered was in stock, but apparently it was not. I will never work with this company again, and they have severly hurt my doing business with amazon.com. I don't believe I should have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling on an item I did not order, it was your mistake, not mine. You should rethink what you charge the consumer especially when you are the one who messed up. I know what I ordered. You shipped the wrong item. My mistake? I think not. Take your restocking fee and you know what to do with it!"
