"Terrible experience - when the order finally did arrive, it did not match the parts shown on their web site. AZ Partsmaster said it wasn't their problem and tried to imply I ordered the wrong part - nevermind that the picture on their website showed the part I wanted. I had to pay to ship it back. Rude, uncooperative staff in the middle of a recession - bad idea. I will not even consider using AZ Partsmaster again."

"I ordered a dozen replacement glass domes for 4-Tier Pagoda commercial landscape lights. I spent several hours looking for this part and finally ended up on AZ Partsmaster.com.

I had never done business with AZ Partsmaster before and could not find them on ResellerRatings either, so I was a bit unsure about placing the order with them, but I just couldn't find the parts anywhere else so I took the chance.

I was a bit worried when after placing the order I did not receive the traditional 'confirmation' email, so I called them the next day and left a message. I got an email from them the next day with a tracking number (Fed Ex) and received the order the day after that. The shipping for this big box was about $12, and I got the order in just a couple of days.

All in all I was quite satisfied with AZ Partsmaster: the shipping was fast and reasonable and the prices for the parts were great ($3.99 for each piece). I have no reservations at all recommending this company, and will most assuredly use them again.
