"I ordered a sugar free dark chocolate easter basket. Very expensive at $150 but it's exactly what I needed for my wife. Ordered Monday of easter week and even paid an extra $81.00 for overnight delivery. I assumed the order wouldn't be filled until Tuesday so I was expecting it Wednesday. When it didn't arrive I called the company and left a message. No return call. So I called on Thursday and spoke to a human, the one and only time I managed to speak to a person. I was assured order was being handled and someone would return my call. Nothing. Called again Friday - no return call and on this message I asked for them to at least take 30 seconds to call me and tell me if they weren't going to fill the order so I could make alternate plans. Nothing. Called again Saturday. Nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are underhanded, incompetent and have no concept of customer service. BEWARE. They have nice products on the web site but they are bad people. "
