"Everything that happened with the other reviewer also happened to me. BEWARE!! I had to have my bank issue me a refund and dispute the transaction. I am beginning to think it is a scam....shop elsewhere."

"Beware of this store. I ordered a very expensive bra/panty for a wedding shower gift on March 13. It is now March 31, and not only has the recipient NOT received the order, it still says "Pending Approval" in my account. I have called and left messages on 4 occasions...no one EVER answers the phone, and no has EVER called me back. Furthermore, I sent an email to them on March 27, I received an email back from "Alex" saying "sorry, the order should ship early next week" with no other explanation. I emailed back and asked exactly what the problem was, have received NO response. I called again, left message, have received no response. At this point, it is too late for me to find this gift elsewhere for my friend, I am very disgusted with the (lack of) service this company provides. I will not buy here again."
