"I headed to the airport confident that A Briggs had efficiently managed everything necessary for my trip from New York to Belarus on Aeroflot Airlines with a layover in Moscow, as I indicated in the materials submitted to A Briggs. However, I soon found myself in the midst of a giant dilemma: The nation of Belarus requires a Transit Visa for Americans entering that country via Moscow. Mandatory. NO exceptions! At JFK Airport I was turned away from the line of passengers checking in for the flight to Moscow. I had trusted A Briggs to be experts informed on such matters, but this lack of information suddenly put my all my travel plans in danger, and the best reply my emergency calls to A Briggs could get back was that you had never heard of this requirement for entering Belarus via Moscow. As a result, literally at the last minute, I had to pay an extra $193 to Aeroflot Airlines to change my final destination from Minsk to Kiev, Ukraine. Then I had to pay yet another $265.60 to buy an additional airplane ticket on Belavia to fly from Kiev to Minsk and back. So, A Briggs lack of knowledge concerning traveling to Belarus cost me an unexpected $458.60! I am extremely disappointed and poorer by $458 for having trusted your services. "

"I had to obtain a Brazilian Visa within 5 business days for our VP to travel to Brazil for business that he had already planned. I had to do it last minute because he was traveling internationally immediately before the Brazil trip and needed his passport. After looking around at different sites and the Brazilian consulate in Houston I thought there was no way I would be able to obtain a visa with such a short time left and have to cancel/reschedule the whole trip. I found A Briggs website and saw they had a 4-5 day turn around and thought it was my only hope. Being that they had a local office in Houston, after filling out the application online and printing it out they let me bring it directly to them shortening the time for shipping to 3-4 day turn around. When I got there the representative checked and saw I made sure I had everything I needed, and told me that it would be done by Tuesday afternoon (this was on a Friday afternoon) meaning it would only take 2 business days. Tuesday afternoon they called me and let me know it was done and Wednesday I went to pick it up in person 2 days before I even needed it. After reading how long it takes to get a visa and even the expedited ones taking at least 7 business days i realized A Briggs was a life saver! The price was the same everywhere else too for an expedited visa. We will definitely use them in the future for any of our visa needs!"
