BEWARE!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not buy from them even if they were the last business on the planet. Ordered a gift and was needing it by a specific date so I added the Front of the Line processing that is offered. It literally says on their website that if you get this add on, it will push your order to the front of the line, hence the name, and the item will be processed AND shipped within 1 business day....... 3 days after ordering, I received an email stating my order was entering the "production line". Clearly it did not process and ship within the 1 day like stated. I emailed the customer service email and they gave me some excuse that I didn't understand what the front of the line processing meant, and that it only means it would be processed quickly. Obviously these people haven't read their website because they are contradicting themselves. I finally was given a tracking number a few days later, and SHOCKER.... the item hadn't even shipped. Still hasn't even shipped as I am writing this. Absolutely will never buy from them again. Thanks to their screw up, I now have to buy another gift in order to have something for the date I needed it by. A Gift Personalized ****!"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

"I purchased 3 items for a friend as a surprise birthday gift. They sent me an e-mail stated the items were received and after a couple of weeks, I contacted the friend to see if she received the box and she denied receiving it. That call totally blow my surprise. Approximately 3 weeks from getting the automatic e-mail from the company, the box was delivered. One of 3 items arrived in a poorly shipped box. The personalized inscription was MISSING which was the purpose for using the company in the first place. The other 2 items never arrived to date. No one answers the customer service number. After 5 attempts to email them, someone responded after I indicated I would contact the BBB. They never would acknowledge my compliant and to make me go away, they decided to send me a refund for my missing items but never offered a comment on the whereabouts of my items or to reship the item but sent me a refund to shut me up. I sent pictures of the 1 item received as they requested to see the "unpersonalized" wine glass but they never resolved the issue."

This company is a scam

"I placed my order over a month ago, still have not received it. I have called multiply times with no answer or return call. I have been emailing for weeks with their customer service and received nothing except excuses about COVID. Yet, when I ordered the website insured shipping with in 3-6 days- and that’s what I was charged for. They are refusing to give me an update or refund me. I guess I just lost that money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE! "

Terrible customer service and slow delivery times

"I ordered two gifts in June, and I have yet to receive either of them, or an update. When I request updates from Customer Service (their agpsupport email), I get the same automated response with tracking numbers...with statuses that have not changed.

It is infuriating to order gifts WELL in advance and not receive them in time. I keep getting the excuse that COVID has slowed their processing and delivery, but one of my orders has literally been sitting at a shipping facility for over a week now with no movement. The other has been "in production" for two weeks. Anything else I have ordered since COVID began has arrived within a reasonable amount of time...even if from a different country. This is ridiculous.

I've also tried to call both numbers listed on the website, both of which no one answers. Their machine says you will receive a call back within 24 hours. I've called three times and STILL have not received a response.

Beginning to think this company is a scam. I will never be shopping with them again.

"I'm going to have to agree with Lena, I was suppose to receive my package on the 15th, but its still in Georgia, been there for 12 days now, hell I could have driven there and gotten my package myself because its only 4 hrs away. The number you call, no one ever answers, its a recording. BUYER BEWARE"

Scammers

"These people are HORRIBLE. Would give ZERO STARS if I could my package started off at a fast pace and then haulted in Georgia (which is 6 hours away from me) for 10 days. It is now the 22nd of the month and I was supposed to receive it on the 8th. It was an anniversary gift that is now ruined. And all the company has to say is "we happy to tell you your package is in route". When its still in freaking Georgia."

The Worst Experience.......Ever

"The only thing that they did quickly was charge my account. That was the same day as ordering. I placed the order almost a month ago, and that stated it would be shipped in 3-6 days on their site. I understand that during these times that may not be possible. I have sent countless emails with no response, I have called multiple times and have never spoken to anyone. This is due to their phone system game setup in which every 30 seconds you have to hit the * button just to remain on hold. I have been on hold for so long, so many times that I have given up. Needless to say, like so many others......I still haven't received $#!%. No order, no return emails, no calls, and no correspondence of any type. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LESS THAN SUBPAR BS COMPANY."

Horrible

"This company is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My friend and I ordered a throw pillow for our friend's mom that passed due to Covid. I placed my order on May 6th. The website stated the item would be shipped out in 3-6 Business days. We are now at June 2nd and my item still has not been shipped. I called on May 18th (which was a Monday) and spoke to a VERY RUDE representative that told me personnel had not been in the warehouse to fulfill orders (even though they are allowing customers to place orders), and that they just arrived back into the warehouse and my order would be shipped that wednesday (as in May 20th). The order still has not been shipped. We are almost at 30days since my order was placed and still NOTHING!!!!!! I can not reach anyone at the company now. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!"

Order Never Filled, Poor Service

"I placed an order over a month ago. It was never sent out. After emailing and talking to a rep, I was assured it would be sent out on a specific date, which was 4 days ago. That didn’t happen. The rep told me if I didn’t receive an email that my order was shipped to call back. Now, when I call, no one answers and it does not allow me to leave a message. No response either to my emails the past 2 days. Of curse, I was already charged for the item. Beyond poor service and communication. "

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I ordered a personalized decanter set with glasses for our annual white elephant gift exchange.
I received an email asking what I wanted the decanter to say. I replied back right away to ensure a delivery
before Dec 24 as stated.
The gift never arrived and when I inquired the customer service agent said they never received my emailed response.
This had me scrambling at the last minute to find a gift and the rep acted like it was no big deal they made this huge mistake.
I ordered this appx two weeks before so if they didn't receive the emailed response like they claim, I got no follow up emails if I was still wanting to have order placed. I was led to believe it went thru. I will not be ordering from them again as its unreliable.

GIMMICK

"Horrible. They misinformed me about the delivery and the gift wasn’t here in time for my boss’s birthday even though the order said it would be. When I told them, they said I should have chose expedited shipping and they wouldn’t refund my money. I will make sure to let everyone I know I leave a review everywhere possible. I’m tired of company’s lying and getting away with it. "
