"My husband ordered 7 HD Fallen Brother patches on May 14th, 2016, we finally received them on July 21st, 2016. The chat line is apparently a diversion to think you have a chance to chat with someone when actually you really do not. After numerous tries on chat and did speak to two different people. First I talked to can not remember name, my husband chatted with Autumn, which seemed to try and help, but same story as the first chatter. P.O. machine must have eaten them, lost in mail, it was always P.O. fault. Was told they'd re-stitch and mail we have our patches after numerous attempt on our end, none on their end. Said they emailed TRACKING NUMBER, did send email, NO TRACKING. NO communication, not very professional on their behalf. I will not use them again, quality of work is not good, you can see the stitching if you look close. Very disappointed in patches!!!!"

After 8 months of false promises, excuses as to why my order was not completed and nastiness I threatened to file a claim against them with PayPal. Only then was my order miraculously ready for shipment in 3 days. "I ordered a name patch on Sept 29, my checking account was debited on Oct 2. Their website claims that orders ship within 24-48 hours. As of Oct 13, when I check the status of my order, the status is listed as has already shipped or has been received. I still haven't received the shipment. I have sent an email to the sites customer service, and have received no response. I have left to voice mails as well, also no response. "
"I just got the two patches I ordered, only TWENTY days after placing the order. I asked in the "order comments" section when placing the order for a proof to be sent to me before making the patches, which is something their website says they're happy to do. I didn't get a proof, or any communication from them at all, and then sent a message 17 days after order placement via their live chat platform (because no one is ever there to actually chat LIVE) asking again for a proof, and wondering where the patches were. I would have emailed them directly, as their website's FAQ says to do with any questions, but nowhere on the site do they list an email address.
The next day, I received a shipment notification. Seriously? No proof, no emails of any kind, and then they just ship them once they know I'm wondering where the heck they are???
The patches are horrible looking, and I'm trying to understand how on earth they could have been so lax in their processing and communication, and then have the audacity to send such a low-grade product. I would really like to know why.
If they had a "leave feedback" option anywhere, or a listed email address, I would have used that method of communication. In fact, their live chat thing even says "One of our representatives will email you back in response to your message." But that never happened either.
I would be embarrassed to sew these patches onto any garment worn in public. They're going in the trash and I'm going to have to reorder them from another vendor who understands customer service and quality control.

"I ordered some simple patches from A Little Crafty 2 weeks ago. I was suckered by the decent prices and fast delivery. My order still shows as processing. Last week she claimed her mom died and she'll ship it out tomorrow... since then the live chat has been removed and I left 2 messages with no return. Don't do what we did... read the reviews so you don't have to go through the same crap we are right now with trying to get a refund for services not performed."

"I have been a customer of Shari's with A Little Crafty for many years. I recently ordered a set of patches for one of my waitresses who needed them rushed. Shari was very kind and had them sent back out to me with in 24 hours. I was very pleased and impressed with her speed,efficiency and professionalism in this matter. In all the years I have had business with her I have never had a product or shipping issue. I will remain one of her loyal customers. "
"Shari (the owner) was VERY responsive in the beginning up until the point I placed my order. From that point forward, it was as if she never existed and i thought that my order would never arrive (especially after reading several reviews). I had given up on the order and I was going to file a claim with my credit card company, but the patches miraculously appeared one day. "I sure wish I saw the reviews before I was stupid enough to place an order with them. Nothing but lies regarding delivery! I was lured in by their 24 hr. shipping. They gave me a delivery confirmation right away, which turned out that they were only saying they contacted USPS to expect a package, not that they shipped it. I placed an order on 12-16-11. they actually shipped it on 12-30!! STAY AWAY!"
"I placed my orders and one patch from each order was the incorrect size. I e-mailed customer service several times with no reply. I called and someone answered and said they would take care of the issue, but I never heard from them again. I finally called my credit card company and they issues me a credit.
As for myself I will not buy from this company ever again."
"I placed an order at the end of September for my son's Halloween costume. I did not receive it after 2 weeks, and I contacted the merchant. She stated that I had given the wrong address (never happened b/f, and I order online all the time!) and the order was sent back to her. She never contacted me, even though she had my phone # and e-mail. She did say she would resend it -- however I still never received it. I called again -- and e-mailed and left voice mail messages. She never contacted me. When I e-mailed again and said I was contacting my credit card company for a refund and was going to give her a bad review, she e-mailed me back w/in 1 hour and said it was my fault, and the order had been sent out the second time (the tracking number did not reflect this). She never refunded my -- I had to go thru the credit card company."
"I had ordered a set of patches but do to unforeseen events. I cancelled the order 2 days later. I was in contact with Shari (the owner) and all was good, untill I asked for my money back. It has now been 2 weeks and everyday I have called, e-mailed, and used the live chat service. It shows that she is typing at the bottom of the live chat, but once she sees who it is she disappears. I have had no contact with her since I mentioned I wont be using her services. NEVER USE THE COMPANY!!!"
"I put in a order over a month ago and still havent even seen a preview of what the patches are supposed to look like! I have emailed them several times and called. By far the worst place to do buisness with! I will never use them for anything again!! If I would have known it would take this long with this horrible of customer service I would have never ordered from them. I paid over $200. and I have not seen anything. I even included my own design all they had to do was use power point or a similar program to put it in patch format so I could okay it. at this rate it will take 3 months before I get the two patches that I ordered! I am totally not happy!! "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Terrible service! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this site. My experience is almost identical to the other reviews with the invalid tracking number, the false dates, etc. Unbelieveable! I still have not received my order and that was nearly three weeks ago. Disappointing to say the least!
Update: After I have been told my order was shipped on the 15th three times by email, I finally got an answer on the phone today. They tell me it now shipped on the 29th. I told the lady she lied to me and that I want my money back. She hung up on me. I repeat, do not order from this place!"
