"I did a lot of research in trying to find a fun, durable, user-friendly nitro rc car for my son and I to work on together. First, the website is absolutely fantastic. It was simple to navigate, informative, full of detailed pictures and had the most important feature of all...a button to talk to a live agent. I had a couple questions...they were well answered. I couldn't find an item (again I tapped the button to request assistance to find it). I had an issue with the checkout because my card billing address didn't take for some reason...they fixed it while I waited online. They beat the competition by $25 and STILL gave me a coupon (time limited) for $25 off (because my transaction was above $250). I haven't received the product and will happily update this review. Out of the gate, this website/company is a '10' and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I REQUESTED THE CHEAPEST, SLOW SHIP AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVED 3 DAYS LATER...THANK YOU. THE PRODUCT WAS WELL PACKAGED AND ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. WE SPENT THE FIRST TWO DAYS FOLLOWING THE 'WARM-UP' INSTRUCTIONS AND PLAN TO FIRE UP THE CAR TOMORROW. EVERYTHING I NEEDED (INFO-WISE) WAS INCLUDED AND WAS EASY TO FOLLOW, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME WAS TO SEE BOTH A PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT AS WELL AS AN EMAIL IN CASE I HAD ANY QUESTIONS...DIDN'T USE IT BUT IT'S NICE TO KNOW THEY ARE EASILY REACHABLE. I LOOK FORWARD TO BOTH RUNNING THE MACHINE AND DOING BUSINESS WITH A MAIN HOBBIES IN THE FUTURE.
