"They never shipped my order and then cancelled it wothout letting me know and still charged my credit card. E-mails and phone calls go unanswered."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Click away from their site as fast as you can....

I will give the short version of my horror story.

1) Ordered XBOX mod-chip and installation service.
2) They received my XBOX on 12/21/04
3) It is now 1/21/05. NO XBOX. Hope is almost gone after repeated attempts to discover the status of my order.

Now this is bad enough but their customer service is even worse then their ability to deliver. Given that I yet to receive my Xbox that is really saying something.... You can expect a response to 1 our of every four messages. If you get 1 response per week you should consider yourself lucky. Of course your response will indicate that they are going to ship or take some action, it may even indicate a ship date. Unfortunately the statements are NOT true. The most recent indicating that my order would ship on 1/17/05 (not even sure if you can ship on MLK day). In keeping with their tradition of undercommunicating - no ship notice, order status doesn't indicate ANY action has occurred and this weeks emails have gone unanswered. This is typical of their customer service or more accurately their total disregard for customer service).

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. All you get is the run-around, assuming that they respond at all. Everything about this transaction has been miserable. It is difficult to envision a more anemic performance on the part of a company.

"Ordered my xbox on Dec 27. It is now Jan 20 and I don't have jack. They are also slow to answer emails. It's finally been shipped, but they sent ground when I paid for 2 Day delivery. To boot, they sent it my billing address, not the shipping address. It's scheduled to arrive Jan 26, nearly one month after ordering. Major BUSH league here people. RUN LIKE HELL TO ANOTHER SITE. ANY SITE. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!"
