"I ordered several items and they were promptly shipped. One item came in and not only was it wrong, it was damaged. I returned this item along with a few other things. It took them weeks to give me a credit, and only after I called and emailed them more than once. I also asked for a partial credit back for the return shipping because of the damaged item, and not only did they NOT give me a partial return shipping credit, the credit was incorrect. I would NEVER use them again."

"I placed an order. When it was received half the order is missing. On 10/13 I sent email advising what was missing. I also advised that some of what was received is a cheaper product than brand ordered. I also advised another customers purchase order was in my order with all their personal information. No reply. I called on 10/14 and was advised they were sending missing items. I emailed on 10/17 to find status. No reply. I sent email 10/18 asking for status. No reply so I called with no answer. On 10/19 I called and I was told it shipped on 10/17. and he would email tracking info. No email. I sent emails on 10/20, 10/21 and 10/24 requesting tracking information again with no replies. I also called and left vm on 10/24 with no response.

Save your money. Half of my order never sent and part of order received was inferior product than what was pictured and ordered. They will not return emails or send tracking. Horrible customer service. At this point I do not believe missing items were sent and I do not believe I will ever receive them. Waste of money. Will be notifying the BBB also. If I do receive missing items I will update this review. Stay away from this company."

"I ordered from party source more than two weeks ago. I emailed them several times and they don't even bother to respond. I didn't even order a lot of items and it should never have taken this long to receive what we ordered. I'd never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. "

"I had an order fall through with a different on-line vendor, and was thrilled that A Party Source in New York carried a square almost- burgundy- candy- apple- colored dessert sized plate which was perfect for our daughter's burgundy themed wedding. Why was A Party Source's service so good? Two personal calls telling me the status on order. Two Separate mailings to make this order work!!. The Manager, Steven called twice to Double check the arrival of order and explain when . Personally opening up a pack of plates to describe the color to me. Can't say enough good about A Party Source ..Monsey New York. Highly recommend!
