"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!!!! Marilyn the store owner is a CROOK! She provided great customer service BEFORE I bought the City x3 Twin Stroller. Then, when I noticed that the stroller was defective, she stopped returning my calls or emails. Thank goodness I live in FL, so my husband was able to go into the store and demand a refund. The refund NEVER showed up on my credit card statement!! I noticed on the receipt that the transaction was done "offline" so it never went through! We demanded that they re-run the card and we have never received a refund 4 months later! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and noticed that they have had 11 complaints in the past 6 months!!! Do not do business with them! You have been warned."

"We ordered a City Mini stroller in November to be shipped to us in about a week. It didn't arrive and she says Citi Mini isn't shipping until the end of December. We call the Citi Mini company, they have plenty, ordered it and received it in less than a week. She will not return phone calls. She claims to have a full refund policy BUT she will not refund our money or email/mail/fax us a copy of the supposed refund receipt (the money NEVER showed up in our account). We have been emailed 6!!! times that the refund SHOULD have gone through then fed a new excuse. She will steal your money. Be prepared to call your bank and dispute charges or go to civil court if you do any business "a running stroller"."

"I ordered a stroller which was supposed to include a storm cover and a strollsoft. The stroller arrived promptly but the stormcover and strollsoft did not. After an email reminder they apologized and sent the stormcover. Additional emails asking for the strollsoft were not answered. It's been 6 months and I still haven't heard anything."
