"I bought a computer from them in 2001 - at the time i lived in NYC, but from Cleveland. During xmas holiday I came home and had them fix my computer, instead of installing a 80mg HD drive they gave me a 40. Regardless they fixed it. Their operation is a 3000 sq foot warehouse in Solon, OH - Classic eastern european biz. Fast forward to April of 04 and my computer crashed bad. Took it up there (in person_ and they fixed it for free - new motherboard, plus they cleaned out the entire computer, replacing the fan as well. They were able to recover my HD and saved me a zillion problems. No charge for anything. However, it appears that they are now closed down - at least their website is. If anyone wants me to check what is currently in their current location, i will drive out there! "
"Purchasing from this company is easy, good prices. But next to impossible to get rma service, depending on how THEY interpret the warranty. We have a computer system with a 3 year warranty, stated first line on the invoice. When we sent a cpu back taken right from the machine and sent in for rma, they would not rma it because it did not have their barcode on it. Which would be understandable except according to them, they put on all parts in the machine, I found several machines I bought from them with several parts inside the machine with NO markings on it except the mfg. model no, and in the case of cpu's NO barcode on any of them. They could not explain this except to say they put barcode stickers on the parts."
"If you buy computer supplies, you need to try A-TACK INC. The prices are fair and the merchandise is quality. Their shipping is fast and well packed. If they can't supply a part you've ordered they'll call you and E-Mail you. They'll suggest options for substatutes. If you need to call them you'll talk to a human, a REAL LIVE PERSON!!! E-mail them they'll answer your E-Mails. They're personal and care about the service you receive. My son and I purchased supplies from another company for years but they've recently had hard times and they put us on A-TACK INC...We wish them the very best and want to say thanks......."
"Excellent company to deal with. I ordered an Athlon 2000+. The system I purchased arrived quickly and with everything as I ordered. More than fair price for what I received and very good quality components. Quick to respond to my email questions. I would recommend A-Tack to anyone. "
"I ordered a Pentium 4 system from A-TACK.COM.
The system works perfectly and is very fast.
MS.Net, Oracle plus a lot of applications work properly.
There are no problems with the hardware.
I got the computer and components exactly as it was advertised on the website.
Also, the system configurator on their web-site was easy to use.

"DO NOT purchase from these conartists. I purchased a system from them a couple of years a ago. My motherboard died and I tried to replace it under warranty. They charged me a fee, since they did not carry the motherboard anymore and sent it to me with the heatsink and fan attached. The board was damaged during transit and I sent it back. They told me that I had to contact UPS and settle with them, since the item had insurance. UPS said they would only deal with A-Tack. I received the runaround until I threatend to sue them. They them offered a refund. It took them two months to get this resolved. I had dealt with them in the past for support and they are horrible! The tech support is limited to one person (Roman) and I couldn't understand him most of the time, since he and everyone else at A-tack speak primarily Russian. The only sensible person I spoke with was Ilya (Sales Manager). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called company!"
