"At first, this company seemed great to do business with. My item arrived damaged and they took care of it promptly, but then the replacement arrived damaged as well. This time the packaging was more than adequate, which means the item was damaged before it was packed. OK, still things aren't too bad, they send a 3rd item. This one more damaged than the 1st two. That was on 6/14, and since then I have repeatedly emailed them and the only reply I could get from them is "American Express already gave you your money back, what else do you want from us?". What I want is the item to arrive undamaged! Now, I have UPS coming to my door daily to pick up a package. I don't know which one they want. The company will not communicate with me. Do not do business with A & Y unless you have a good head of hair, because you will be pulling it out!"
