"I ordered three small items and only one item was shipped. The invoice did not say the the other two items were back ordered, it looked as though every thing was shipped. I was very disappointed that the container only had one of the items that I had ordered. "

Today is 08/23/2012 (13 days after placing order), and am still waiting for delivery. Not good enough.
In past received delivery from Dell in as little as two days.
