"Abctay.com sends broken parts out, then offers a refund if you ship them back to China.
Cost of shipping is more than I paid for the product.

Thing that gets me is the packaging is not damaged, but the PCB inside has 3,2in cracks in it. Like they sent it that way.

Now, I won't pay $47 to ship it back to China, to maybe get my $35 back.

That's the scam, they know you won't send it back, so they send you junk and then they walk and keep your money."

"Avoid doing business with this company, the negative reviews are correct. I received a broken (board cracked in two places) TV power supply board. I requested and was charged for expedited shipping but the part was sent via the slowest method possible. Upon reporting the damaged part, Abctay.com requested that I send the part back at my expense before I would receive a refund. My cost for returning the item to China would've been double what I paid for part + S&H. I believe they are scamming people who don't know how China works. I'd recommend spending more to buy from a reputable US parts source. Avoid Abctay.com at all costs. "
