It was then that I find out that what they are selling does not have a warranty and this is not disclosed on their site. Their response was that it is clearly listed as imported. New flash - they are all imported. They then offered to sell me a warranty at additional cost. I am not sure on the precise definition of fraud, but this seems pretty close. I immediately cancelled the order and am happy paying more elsewhere to a company that performs business in an honest and transparent manner."
