HOW the scam works -
Instead of purchase going strait thru and camera is sent. They asked me to call to verify credit card. I call Jeff and answer a few security questions - Then he ask me "if I want the 3 hour or 5 hour battery with charger, etc for an extra $129 or $139". I am like a little stunned that a battery might not come with the camera and obviously want one for my new toy. So, with a bit of hesitation I ask which is better. He replies "OH, tell ya what I will just get you the 5 hour battery and charger for a total of $1299". Ok, I AGREE NOT KNOWING THAT HE JUST MADE AND EXTRA $134 for NOTHING.
UPON arrival... Nothing new. No extra battery or charger. Just ALL stock. In the original box.
Yeah dishonest. Completely. SO tired of dishonesty... What happened to people educating you instead of cheating. I hope this story cost them just one person buying something from them. It will be worth it.
