"Ordered an item that was in stock. Then, they send me an email 15 hours later saying they don't have it after all. This caused me to also miss the chance to buy it elsewhere. So, their lies and incompetence caused me great inconvenience. When I wrote them and asked them to try to make this up to me, with some kind of future discount, they ignored me. Jerks."
