"I've placed an order in 21th december of 2008, then I've got an automatic e-mail with the confirmation and login for the respective order status.
It was already january 7th and I got no response from the customer service and the order was still "not yet shipped". I was already regreting of placing that order, since it was my first time...
For my surprise I got an answer in january 9th saying that they had just received a call from the manufacturer saying that they were out of stock and wouldn't receive that model again. The ABS representative asked me if I wanted to choose another model or cancel the request.
I've said I wanted to replace, and since then we've exchanged some e-mails to make sure it would be available that time. Everything was settled in the same day and the eyeglasses were shipped in the next business day. Detail: the nice representative that have attended me was using an e-mail that wasn't in the site (****@****).
So far, so good. In 10 days I've personally got the product from the mail office next to my home, after paying the customs tax.
The eyeglasses are of great quality, original. The paper external brand box came a little damaged, but I've accepted since the leather one was perfect. They came with a tiny grey spot in the plastic, but was totally removed after a tissue cleaning. The swarowski crytals really shine and I'm dazzled with my new acquisition.
