"We ordered a microwave and were very saddened when we open the box and it was dented. A quick call to customer service informed us that they would appreciate some pictures and they would get back to us the very next day. Waiting for my camera to charge up I forgot to take the pictures and by the end of the day I received a phone call to remind me to send the pictures from customer service. Wow a reminder great for a seniors! Next morning and email was received to inform me that they would be picking up the damaged unit and a new one was on its way. I didn't have to do anything and with in two days I received a new undented microwave. This is what customer service is all about and they get a big WOW. "

"We ordered a total of 3 appliances: Range, Microwave, and Refrigerator.
These were delivered in two delivery, each by a different delivery company.
The first delivery, which included Range and Microwave, was made to the Condo Unit as was expected.
The second delivery included the refrigerator. The delivery company drivers called me 3 hours before delivery to let me know that they would only deliver to lobby of the condo building (which has elevator) unless I paid additional money ($60). So I ended up paying the extra money."

"ABT was excellent in the Zombie delivery driver of the walking dead head episode! The carrier that delivered my unit hires Zombies because the driver did not get my signature, he drug the unit to my backyard and set it upside down! That unit turned out to be damaged with a broken blower wheel! I talked to ABT and there was no hesitation to replace that unit and it was shipped to me within 24 hours of my call! Zombie drive was supposed to drop off the new unit and pick up damaged unit! Again I'm home waiting to sign for it and give the returning unit! No door bell rings. He drops off new unit and leaves with ringing my bell! The NEW box have a hole ripped in the front side and I could see the unit! Box was crushed or dropped AGAIN!.. I didn't panic, pulled my unit upstairs and hooked it up! It worked and I could not see any physical damage! Zombie drive had to make a return trip for damaged unit he could have taken the day he delivered new unit! Unbelievable!

"We finally had no choice but to replace the Maytag washer we had purchased when we first moved to our current home 23 years ago, in January 1993. Hard to question the continued quality and reliability of Maytag, given the U.S.-made products remain among Consumer Reports' most highly recommended. As promised online, Abt dispatchers confirmed a 4-hr window on the Friday prior to the Monday delivery. Also as promised, the delivery personnel called us shortly after 7am on Monday, to narrow the window to 2 hours, then again, 10 minutes prior to their arrival. Within 40 minutes (!!) they removed the prior unit, carefully hauled, installed, adapted & demonstrated the new machine. When I confirmed I "got it," they were gone! Professional, efficient, and right on time. Heroic! It doesn't get any better than that! (Time for another load...) Thank you."
