"The Nest Outdoor Security Camera came days earlier than I anticipated and the pricing was on par with both brick and mortar and Internet retailers I could find. "So here is my situation with abt, I ordered my ipad pro back in october, recieved my shipping information a couple of days later. The shipment said that it was 1 package with both the apple pencil and the ipad pro that had a signature confirmation because the contents were over $500. When I saw this, I called ups to deliver at a different date that i could get off of work. After that call I went to my leasing office for a different package but instead recieved a large box from abt. When i looked inside It contained just my ipad pro and not the apple pencil. I called abt then to ask them what happened to my pencil also why did i not have to sign for this package. The woman on the phone said that she would call corporate and see what happened and said she would call me back because she said that the package was coming directly from apple. After waiting all day i notice an email from abt with my original tracking number sent from a guy named David ehich also contained a link to ups tracking which had a different tracking code which ended up being the package that was left at my leasing office without a signature, my ipad pro. Afterwards i emailed David back pointing out their mistake and pointed out that i had to wait around to sign for something that costed less than $100 dollars and asked him to fix it and provide co.pensation for their massive mistake. in turn he changed the day to get delivered on thr day it was originally supposed to get delivered and had it delivered to the leasing office to sign. No sorry no compensation no nothing. He didn't care that the insurane got messed up or anything. I can't complain now to the company to make up for their shitshow because in the end i did recieve my packages so I would look like the bad guy. But I would appreciate if my concerns were acknowleged and that the company assured me that something will happen otbet than their total indifference."
