"Driver called in the morning and said they would be here between 2 and 4 p.m. Driver called again at 1:30 and said they would be here in 30 to 40 minutes. The arrived at 2 and were done with my washer-dryer installation at 2:45. Second floor, no elevator, and small laundry area, so they worked hard. "I bought a GE Microwave from ABT about 2 weeks ago. The microwave came the next day, I was very surprised. I opened the box and unfortunately the unit had been dropped, the entire box was filled with broken glass. I contacted ABT the next morning, customer service was awesome, she had UPS come to my house and pick up the broken model. I had understood that as soon as ABT had gotten back the microwave they would ship a replacement to me. They shipped a new one an picked up the old one the next day. Wow, I am very impressed. My time line: Ordered Thursday, received the product Friday, called Saturday regarding the damage, old picked up and new dropped off on Tuesday. The box looked perfect on the first ABT would have had no way of knowing the product had been dropped.

Oh and I am now happy with the microwave too, it is very quiet and looks great over the stove."
