RESPONSE TO SELLERS REPLY
"I am simply going by e-mails that I received. I was surprised when the confirmation e-mail that I received said that I would received my package on 10/18 or 10/19. I then received an e-mail from the carrier saying that I would receive my package on 10/18. After which, I received another from the carrier moving my receiving date back to 10/19 and showing that they had received the package on 10/18. Then I received an e-mail from the carrier stating I would receive my package on 10/20.
I received it on 10/20. What happened with it prior to my receiving it, I have no idea. If you don't wish an honest opinion from a customer after you sell them something, don't ask for it. This exchange with ABT has left me with a very soured opinion.""

"We were very disappointed with the delivery and installation of our new microwave and range. My boyfriend told the two gentlemen who delivered and installed our appliances that we had two cats who were very skittish and asked them to be sure to close our front door. They assured us that they would make sure our front door was shut. Not once, not twice, but three times they entered and exited without shutting the door - and this is AFTER my boyfriend reminded them to be sure to shut the front door. Additionally, they did a shoddy job of installing the microwave - there is a gap between the top of the microwave and the bottom of the cabinet - and they broke off a small hook in the upper cabinet that allows the microwave cord to stay along the side of the cabinet and not sit on the bottom. We are very happy with our appliances, but very disappointed in the delivery and installation experience. "
"When I bought it, it was IN STOCK, and I got an email saying it's in stock and ETA is in 1 week. Then the second day I got another saying my order changed to pre-order. I talked with their agents and be told there's no ETA on it.
It has been 2 weeks after that and my order is still not shipped and no ETA.
