"After I ordered a new Franke Hot Water dispenser online I sent an email to ABT asking about installation. Two days later I got a phone call when I was not home and ABT left a voice mail. I returned the call as soon as I got home and got voice mail so I left a message that I was returning his earlier call about installation of the Hot Water dispenser and left my name an phone number. I never got a return phone call from that individual or anyone at ABT. We have been longtime customers of ABT and up until now have always gotten Great Service."
"Overall, shipment was quick, product easy to install. However, a quick sugestion... for the garbage disposals you may want to clarify if the unit comes with a power cord. Luckily I was simply replacing my unit so used the power cord off of the old to make the new work.....but like I said....you should list it as does not come with power cord so buyers are aware."

"I spent a lot of time looking for just the right dishwasher on the site. I decided on the product and the site said the item was available and would ship in 3 days. Six or seven hours later I received an email saying the product wouldn't ship until several days later. My kitchen is being renovated and this was a bit of a stretch to make the completion but I was going to go along with it. Within two hours I received another email saying the product would not be available for two additional months!
I never received an email asking if I wanted to wait for it or cancel the order. I did receive one asking if I might like to choose a different model. I called to cancel.
Something told me to check with my credit card company regarding this transaction. It's a good thing I did because I had been charged already! What happened to not being charged until your product was shipped????? I had to contest the charge."
"Overall satisfied with order and delivery. Although, I was called with a 3 hour window delivery time which I planned my day around, only to have the delivery person call me about 2 hours early. I then had to make a special arrangement with a client to receive the delivery. While I am glad the delivery could be early, rather than late, it would be best to stick to the original delivery window.
