"I have purchased all of the appliances in our home from Abt. When our washer died recently I went online and found the model I wanted at Abt and at Sears which was much closer to home. Because of my schedule I could not wait for delivery, I needed to pick it up that day. The Sears web site said they had it in stock so I purchased it. After about 4 hours and no confirmation that it was ready for pickup I called and found out they did not have it in stock. After a long and heated discussion they finally refunded the money they had already charged to my card. I went to the Abt web site and ordered the washer. About an hour later I was at the store and picked it up. Well worth the drive."
