"We ordered it and expected to get it within a week, later got an email saying they were waiting for GE to deliver the inventory... More waiting... Maybe not their fault, but if they didn't have it inventory when I ordered it, that would have been good to know. It was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. So I guess it's worth the wait?"

WORST shopping experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I don't know how can abt.com say they are pleasing people by just **** customers off, because I just had the worst shopping experience ever! I ordered the Samsung's most expensive 55-inch TV on July 30th, it was shipped by a logistic company called airgroup, which has a tracking page hard to use and does not offer up-to-date tracking, and it took 8 days to ship my order. And abt's website's like of tracking order was broken, I had to go to airgroup's website and get tracking by manually pasting tracking number into it. Later I got the TV, after powering up the TV I noticed very severe light leakage on top and bottom corners, I did a lot of search and changed every setting possible, but they didn't help. While I asked other owners on avsforum and nobody has the same issue like me.
Then I began to initialize return of my TV through customer service, and actually my nightmare started since that. The service representative Amanda D was not helpful at all, didn't tell me what kind of doc needs to be included in the package, ridiculously she didn't even know a TV should be shipped by a freight company. Only I asked someone later and got the information I need. Finally the return was initialized on Aug 22nd, but after 2 days I didn't even received any phone call from freight company airgroup to schedule picking up my TV, so I had to call customer service again and to get that to be picked up by airgroup on Aug 25th.
The horrible experience didn't stop till that point, you know what, the tracking information of my return on airgroup didn't have anything for a week. I called abt about missing tracking and Allison C passed the buck to airgroup and me, that she wanted me myself to contact airgroup about this mess. Later I got reply from airgroup it was someone called Laurie (or might be Lorie/Lory etc.) should set up that details up. This morning I gave her a call, and I asked her why that took so long to be shipped, then she yelled at me "I DON'T KNOW!!!!".
I'm really angry at this point, why abt's shipping partner is horrible like this? Why abt doesn't have any management about their shipping partner? What's the point of customer service if they let customers themselves contacting the freight company? Why don't they just call themselves 'customers I don't give a f*ck service' if they don't want to help at all? Without any explanation my TV stayed at that horrible freight company for more than a week without being shipped, and according to abt's unwillingness of serving customer, I don't even know whether I can get a full refund of this. So far, the only thing I know is that I spent 2000 dollars to buy myself troubles, depression and sickness.

Still haven't heard anything from Abt, what worse is on airgroup tracking it's saying estimated delivery date is changed to 09/17/2016. Oh seriously, it would take a month? This is the most screwed up return on history.
