"This so-called "company" is nothing but a scam artist operation. I tried signing up for their service a while back, but my self-created user name and password never worked. I tried to get them to cancel my account, but they never responded, therefore my credit card ended up being charged every single month for a service I never even received. There is a number on their Contacts page, and another one on their emailed "invoice" - both of these numbers are out of order. You try to cancel via "snail mail" to their address in the Bronx, and you get no reply. My credit card company was no help either - they told me that, because I had authorized the initial charge, that I had to "contact the merchant" to get the charges stopped. All I could do was to dispute the charge every month, even though I have ample proof that I tried, through Certified Mail/Return Receipt ad well as Registered Mail, to do just that, and I was ignored.

EVERYONE - do yourselves a favor and do NOT sign for this service. You will not get what you are paying for. BTW, there are 5 complaints registered against AoS with the Better Business Bureau, all related to Sales/Marketing, and Billing/Collections. My own complaint was #5, plus I also complained to the company their domain is registered with, which is most likely why the website is not even accessible now."
